The sizing matrix on the DynaTorque web site is programmed to give you the closest possible manual operator match for your specific valve application. You will be sizing this operator based on pieces of information that are considered limiting factors. These pieces of information can be deviated from but only within dimensional and structural strength limitations of the available operators.
Operator mounting dimensions (bolting patterns) have not been considered in this matrix because of the variety of configurations available throughout the valve industry. Once you have matched the operator to the valve, dimensional drawings are available for each operator. These drawings include minimum and maximum bolt patterns. Make sure that the operators you have chosen will accommodate your mounting pattern. If your pattern will not fit on the chosen unit you have two options. The first is to consider a mounting plate. The second is to use these drawings to increase the unit size to one with adequate stem acceptance, torque rating, and mounting dimensions.
